In force since 14 September 2026. This is a translation for convenience; in case of any discrepancy the Russian version prevails.
In short: you can use the app without signing up — your progress then stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. We only receive data if you create an account. We do not collect location or contacts, we do not access your camera or microphone, and we do not record your screen.
The data controller is Aleksandr Dmitriev, owner of the brain-games.store service (“we”). This policy covers the brain-games.store website, the app.brain-games.store web app and the “Soroban” mobile app.
For any questions about your data, write to support@brain-games.store.

We use services that process data on our behalf:
Some of these services store data on servers outside Russia. We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.
Cookies are used to remember your sign-in and to count visits. Anonymised statistics are collected by Yandex.Metrica. You can turn them off in the app: Profile → Anonymous statistics. On the website, use your browser: block cookies or enable tracker blocking.
The account is created by an adult, who is also responsible for what information about the child they enter. A child profile does not require a real name: any name and an avatar will do, and we recommend not giving a last name. On the shared daily results list, other participants see only the profile name, the avatar and the result.
The parent dashboard and profile management are protected by a PIN set by the adult.
Account data and progress are kept for as long as the account exists. If you delete a child profile, its progress is deleted with it. After an account deletion request we delete the data associated with it within 30 days, except for records we are required by law to keep.
You can delete a child profile yourself in the parent dashboard. To delete the whole account, write to support@brain-games.store from the address it is registered to — we will reply within 30 days.
Data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to progress is restricted by rules on the database side: no one can read someone else's progress. We do not store passwords — sign-in is handled by Google Firebase.
If the policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Significant changes will additionally be shown in the app.
